MONEY BACK GUARANTEE - If within 5 days of receiving your product you are not completely satisfied, call us and we will issue a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. We will then instruct you how to return the product to receive a refund of your purchase price (less restocking fee). See "Returns and Refunds" below for details. Shipping and customized merchandise are non-refundable.
All of our items are carefully handmade by artisans and skilled craftsmen; therefore, variations in finishes, castings, symmetry, and detailing are anticipated and expected. We cannot offer refunds based on variations in product finishes. Please contact us before you order if you have any questions. We offer finish samples for many of our products.
PRICING AND PAYMENT - All merchandise must be paid in full (U.S. currency only) before we can ship. We accept personal checks, money orders, certified checks, Visa, and MasterCard, Discover and American Express (credit cards will be billed when order is placed). We also accept PayPal.
We sell at retail prices and do not sell wholesale. If you are ordering large quantities or need other price considerations please give us a call.
For in-stock items and made to order items, we will charge your credit card at the time you place your order. For special orders, you will be charged 50% when your order is placed and the remaining 50% when it is shipped.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING - We are experts in the packing and shipping of statuary for their safe arrival. Where ever possible Statue.com, Inc. uses surplus boxes and packing materials to help reduce your overall shipping costs and the burden these products place on our environment. Items are shipped via standard ground FEDEX, UPS, USPS or common freight carrier. Shipping prices are subject to change without notice.
Any shipping charges incurred due to changes initiated by the customer or address incorrectly entered will be the responsibility of the customer.
An additional re-consignment fee or a change of address fee may be incurred if the ship to address needs to be modified for any reason after the item has been picked up by shipping company.
On freight delivery, please note that freight carriers will only do curb side delivery and will not bring the merchandise onto your property , into your home or perform setup. Please contact your local landscape company or contractor for services to move or setup your item. Advanced delivery notice and lift gate services require additional fees and must be arranged prior to shipping your product.
For an additional shipping charge we can ship your order to HI, AK, VI, GU, or PR. Whether you chose to order online or over the phone, your order will be held while a shipping quote is calculated (usually with 48-72 hours). We will contact you for your approval before any order is processed or credit card is charged.
Additional shipping cost may be applied to anyone on an island, ferry fees and other location in the USA that need special requirement for delivery. We will notify you via email with any additional cost.
Any items shipped to P.O. boxes must be sent via USPS. Please give us a call to see if your item can be shipped in this manner. A $25 special handling fee will apply to any shipment to a P.O. box.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL USA - Statue.com, Inc. is happy to work with customers outside of the continental USA. When you place your order on-line a shipping charge will not be applied at that time. You will be sent a separate email informing you of the estimated shipping costs. It will then be your responsibility to respond to the email electronically or by phone to approve the shipping charges. A $25 handling fee will be added to all international orders. Shipping international orders via US Postal Service requires additional fees, regular surface mail is cheaper but cannot be tracked or insured. International Priority Mail is usually quoted as the item is then insured and tracking is available. Statue.com cannot be liable should a damage occur during shipping for any reason. Broker and Customs fee, duties, tariffs, etc. are not the responsibility of Statue.com, Inc. In the event Statue.com, Inc. can determine these prices prior to shipping we will advise the client. In the event an item is returned due to failure of the client to pay these fees they are not refundable. International return orders will be charged a 50% restocking fee and the customer must pay all shipping charges.
DELIVERY TIMES – Many of our in-stock items ship in 2-3 business days. Some items require longer production times and take longer to ship. Many of our statues and fountains are made to order and not inventoried. Please allow 3 to 6 weeks for delivery of these items. Check the item profile of the product on our website to see the estimated shipping time. Due to circumstances related to the COVID-19 pandemic, lead time for made to order cast stone pieces is significantly delayed.
RUSH DELIVERIES - For an additional $25 charge and the additional shipping costs, we can ship many items faster, but cannot guarantee the arrival date. We will do our best to get your order to you when you need it, but due to circumstances beyond our control we can offer no guarantee. Don't think our rush charge is a penalty or revenue gimmick. At Statue.com, rush orders require special personalized handling to coordinate since statues are rarely cast and finished ready to ship. Call for additional information and estimates.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS - If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your product, call us within 5 business days to arrange for refund or exchange. You will be issued an RMA number and given instructions on how to return the merchandize. For your protection, returned packages must be insured for the value of your merchandise. You will be required to carefully repack items in the original packing material and prepay and insure the shipping. Returns must be sent back within 10 days of receiving the RMA, and no refund will be issued. (Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and for all shipping costs.)
Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
All in-stock items returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Made to order items and custom finished products may be returned to us for a minimum restocking fee of 50%.
Special Order items are non-refundable. Special Order items are all those that we do not normally stock or those made or ordered specifically to fill your order. Customized merchandise is non-refundable.
International return orders will be charged a 50% restocking fee and the customer must pay for all shipping charges.
Please by all means if you have any questions about a product you would like to purchase call us so we may assist you and answer all your questions before ordering. Make sure the style, finish, and size of the piece will work for you before you order.
DAMAGE AND SHORTAGES - If an item is received damaged, you must notify us within 5 business days of receiving the package so that a claim may be processed. If the box shows significant signs of damage or if you can tell that the product is damaged, please refuse acceptance of this shipment and have the shipping company return the item to sender. Report the damage to the delivery service driver if possible.
If you determine that the product has been damaged after the delivery company has left, you must contact us within 5 business days. Please hold the original packing materials and damaged merchandise for inspection otherwise no claim, replacement, or refund can be honored. In the case where merchandise must be returned to us for inspections you will be charged for the replacement until the damaged product has been returned and inspected.
Due to the size and weight of some of our cast stone fountains and statues, small scuff marks and scratches may occur and are not considered damage. We will be glad to send you some touch-up paint for these small imperfections.
Items are not always shipped as a single unit. In the case of product shortage, consult the Packing Slip for backorder information. If your missing product is not on back order, contact Statue.com immediately for further instructions.
BACKORDERS – We will let you know if an item you have ordered is not available. Upon your approval, we will normally keep backorders open for a maximum of one year and will ship backorders that exceed $25.00. Backorders that fall under $25.00 are canceled. If you wish to keep open backorders less than $25.00, please advise us.
CANCELING AN ORDER – We try to get your products shipped as quickly as possible, so you must contact us immediately. If the order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for returning the product to us and will be responsible for the restocking fee. Special orders or made to order products cannot be canceled once the production process has started. If a order is canceled and it has been processed, we are not responsible for PayPal fees and all fees will be charged to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Statue.com harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the site.
